Terms of service.
The rules for using ring24: your account, plans and billing, acceptable use and who is responsible for what. Last updated .
1. Who we are
ring24 is a product of edevi.ai. In these terms "ring24", "we" and "us" mean that operator; "you" means the business or person using ring24. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms on behalf of your business.
2. The service
ring24 lets you build AI voice agents, connect them to phone numbers, and handle inbound and outbound calls. It includes call recordings, transcripts, summaries, analytics, integrations through APIs and webhooks, and your own WhatsApp Business number connected to your agents. We improve the service over time and may add, change or retire features. We will tell you in advance about changes that materially reduce what your plan includes.
3. Your account
You must give accurate details, keep your login credentials secure and make sure everyone who uses your account follows these terms. You are responsible for activity in your account. Tell us straight away at bhanu@edevi.ai if you think your account has been misused.
4. Plans, billing and taxes
Plans are billed monthly in advance, in Indian rupees, at the prices shown on the pricing page when you subscribe. Each plan includes a number of calling minutes per billing month. Minutes beyond that are charged at your plan's extra-minute rate and billed per second. GST at the applicable rate (currently 18%) is added to every invoice. If a payment fails we may pause outbound calling until it is settled.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the billing month you have paid for. We do not refund the current month, and unused minutes expire at the end of each billing month. The full details are in our refund and cancellation policy.
6. Acceptable use
You must use ring24 lawfully. In particular, you must not use it to:
- make calls that break telecom rules, including TRAI regulations on commercial communication and Do Not Disturb preferences;
- call people without the consent the law requires, or record calls without giving the notice the law requires;
- impersonate a person or organisation, mislead callers about who they are speaking to, or commit fraud;
- harass, threaten or abuse anyone, or send unlawful, hateful or sexually explicit content;
- attack, overload, reverse-engineer or resell the service without our written agreement.
ring24 is not a replacement for emergency services and must not be used to handle emergency calls.
7. Your data and your callers
Your call recordings, transcripts and other content belong to you. You allow us to store and process them only to provide, secure and support the service for you. Call data is stored in India. You are responsible for telling your callers that they are speaking with an AI agent where that is required, for any recording notice, and for having a lawful basis to call and process their information. How we handle personal data is described in our privacy notice.
8. AI-generated responses
Voice agents generate their responses automatically and can make mistakes. You decide how your agents are configured and what they may say or do, and you should review their calls regularly. Agents must not be relied on for medical, legal, financial or other professional advice.
9. Phone numbers
Phone numbers are provided through licensed telecom partners and may require identity and business verification under Indian telecom rules. Numbers remain subject to those partners' terms and the regulator. If your account is closed, numbers assigned to you may be released.
10. Availability and support
We work to keep ring24 available and fast, but the service is provided "as is" and we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, except where we agree a service level in writing (for example on an Enterprise plan).
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts other users or the network at risk, or is unpaid. Where we reasonably can, we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. You can close your account at any time.
12. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
13. Indemnity
You will compensate us for claims and costs arising from calls you make or content you send through ring24 in breach of these terms or the law.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date above and, for significant changes, tell you by email or in the console before they take effect. Continuing to use ring24 after that means you accept the updated terms.
15. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. We will first try to resolve any dispute with you informally; otherwise it will be decided by the courts having jurisdiction at the place of our registered office.
